Program Overview

The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Modelβ„’ Pilot Program is an evidence-informed resilience experience designed for veterans, first responders, everyday heroes, and their families. Limited to 15 participants/families, this interactive workshop introduces practical tools to build resilience, strengthen Anchored Hope, overcome adversity, and promote lasting personal growth. As part of this inaugural pilot, participants will complete confidential pre- and post-assessments, along with a two-week follow-up assessment, to measure outcomes and help refine the program.

Expected Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Understand the seven phases of The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Modelβ„’.

  • Learn the importance of Anchored Hope in navigating adversity.

  • Gain practical resilience and emotional wellness strategies.

  • Develop a personalized action plan for continued growth.

  • Contribute to the refinement of the program through confidential outcome assessments.

Program Evaluation

As part of this pilot, participants will complete:

  • Pre-Assessment: Baseline measurement before the workshop.

  • Post-Assessment: Immediate measurement of learning and growth.

  • Two-Week Follow-Up Assessment: Evaluation of how participants applied the concepts in daily life.
