Program Overview
The P.H.O.E.N.I.X. Modelβ’ Pilot Program is an evidence-informed resilience experience designed for veterans, first responders, everyday heroes, and their families. Limited to 15 participants/families, this interactive workshop introduces practical tools to build resilience, strengthen Anchored Hope, overcome adversity, and promote lasting personal growth. As part of this inaugural pilot, participants will complete confidential pre- and post-assessments, along with a two-week follow-up assessment, to measure outcomes and help refine the program.

Program Evaluation
As part of this pilot, participants will complete:
Pre-Assessment: Baseline measurement before the workshop.
Post-Assessment: Immediate measurement of learning and growth.
Two-Week Follow-Up Assessment: Evaluation of how participants applied the concepts in daily life.
